Josh started his professional career in Customer Services after leaving secondary school in 2013 working for a discounted supermarket chain where he developed his organisational and customer service skills. In 2017 he then started his career in financial services working in a franchise of a major life insurance company holding a variety of roles and completing the LP2 qualification to further his knowledge of financial service products.

When the opportunity arose in 2023 for Josh to find a new role, he applied for and joined as a Financial Administrator with Matrix Capital to support the practice with its administration whilst beginning his studies with the CII to reach Level 4.

Josh brings extensive case management experience with a view to achieving positive client outcomes through a unique mix of knowing of what is possible to achieve within defined parameters and exploring outside of those parameters to reach the desired outcome in a compliant manner.
