Specialising in digital marketing James has worked on numerous strategies that have resulted in business growth and success in many different sized organisations from start-ups to globally recognised brands.
Hi passion lies in delivering exceptional user experience and understanding things from the customer's perspective. Firmly believing that a customer-centric approach is key to achieving long-term success in the digital marketing landscape. He has a hands-on consultative approach, and can utilise his experience to identify and implement business process improvements that optimise the customer journey and enhance overall satisfaction. He has built and maintained many CRM systems both bespoke and off the shelf.
James has always enjoyed embracing emerging technologies and platforms. He has a deep understanding of the importance of social media in driving brand awareness and engagement and believed that by harnessing the power of social media marketing, you can successfully create meaningful connections with target audiences and amplify your brand's message.
In his spare time James is a singer songwriter and is in his element with a guitar in his hands singing at the top of his voice as a solo artist and has been in several bands over the years.
